Comic #2 in the Pokemon-Palette series! I always through that those

little things on the side of Wartortle's head were wings because they were white and shaped like those generic anime wing things you find on SUPER KAWAII DESU anime sidekicks. Also, green is perfect to make a little easy Chikorita <3
