Well, buckle up, because we will begin.
So, we begin by washing our face, or in my case, washing my face with a days worth of air and grime from traveling to all my classes, where I was exposed to snow, bad breath, car exhaust, and who knows what else....
Then, we continue with foundation.
I personally chose a lovely shade of green to emphasize the amount of radioactive material that I might have been exposed to, also because it is the only color available to me in my pallet.

By now, you should be a lovely shade of radioactive green. This is also helpful in that if you are walking alone at night in the middle of the street, no car will run you over because your face will be like BAM! If you're a biker at night, this look will be even better for you, because you will no longer need your little light thingies... Those wasted batteries anyway.
And like any other good make-up tutorial, after applying the foundation, I would suggest a nice eyeliner.

I chose green, because nothing else was available to me.
Next, you would want to use some eyeshadow, because that's what you're supposed to do....right?
There was only green eyeshadow, so that's what I used.
and
I didn't think I added enough, so here's a little more eyeshadow

Of course, eyeshadow alone is not going to make you gorgeous. Try doing some eye highlights too.
Not enough eye highlight? Try some more...

And if you are doing eye-highlights, you might as well shadow and highlight you nose.
First, apply a thick shadow to your nose to make it stand out more and look more triangular.
Usually, a nice bronze would work, but in my case, the green foundation matched better with something more...green...

If you highlighted your eye, it only make sense to highlight your nose too, so it doesn't look too flat. Highlight your forehead here too, while you're at it, so that it defines your facial features more.

Now, I would suggest accenting your brow: Your brow will make your eyes much more noticeable if you darken them.

I also prefer to use cucumber contacts. They hydrate and refreshes your eyes through out the day, and makes your vision so much crisper and juicier...I mean, greener. Seeing in green is soothing to the eye, and very good for you psychologically, so I would highly recommend them.
I haven't quite put them on yet, but this picture is just for you to see the contact lens more clearly.

Here's what it looks like once you put it in your eye. Careful not to stab yourself.
If you like the lens, you can get them here:

Now, for the last step, apply mascara and line your brow (I used a brow brush here. It does wonders with intensification)

I also highlighted my eye bag, because that's a must.
If you're looking for an even more intensified look, try out the EXTREME HULK look by applying more brow liner.

I do prefer the less intense version though...
