Line assignment in Illustrator

No-one Asked, Doodle!!
Cuckoo Clock Update 09/10/13

So, I have a digital art class this semester, so I'll probably be updating stuff from my class...
such as this one...

what it looks like without the artboard
...tornado of colors...
So yeah, I got bored in class, because I already know Illustrator (fairly well too if I feel like bragging), so line assignment was kind of a drag so I made it interesting by going crazy. As in there are 102 lines, and none of them are exactly the same (I use the same 10 lines over and over again in different shape, size, stroke, color, etc... and added a few more at the end). It looks pretty entertaining to me, so I like it. A Lot. I feel like it might be my desktop background at some point in time :P

Also, as you can see, I failed at signing Cuckoo Clock  in illustrator with the brush tool (with a mouse, at that.)

Culturally also noted that in the center of the piece, the turquoise lines form the letters "AI", which could stand for Adobe Illustrator, the program I made this piece in. Totally did not mean for that to happen.

Also, here's a psychedelic [citric] acid trip version of this piece, if you like that better (and feel free to download either one as a computer background, because I totally did that, and my mac is rocking it!) I just played around with it in photoshop, and now, THE COLORS!!!!!
you can also see the "AI" better in this version
